Customer Relationships from a Marketing Perspective
Business and customer relationships go through various stages. One of the initial phases occurs when a business introduces a new product to potential consumers. This stage requires a marketing strategy that is best suited to help the company develop a strong, long-lasting, and mutually fruitful relationship with its customers. There are many strategies that a business can implement. This lesson discusses one important set of marketing strategies called the marketing mix. It will also explain how this relates to the development of a brand and how a company can evaluate the effectiveness of its marketing efforts.
